Who manages and processes your personal data?

The Saunia Group operates its sauna worlds not only through Saunia, sro, but also through its subsidiaries (eg Saunia Krakov, sro, Saunia Orlice, sro or the Slovak company Saunia SK, sro).

In order to always be able to ensure a high level of our services, your personal data provided by one of the listed companies as administrators may be passed on to other Saunia Group companies as processors for further processing.

What personal data does Saunia process?

This is your identification data, especially your name, title, address and cookies. Cookies are small text files that store information in your browser and are commonly used to distinguish individual users. Cookies help us improve our services for you. In particular, we find out the length of the connection to our website and the frequency of its visit. However, the specific person of the user is not identifiable on the basis of this information.

We will request your consent before processing your personal data. If you do not give it to us, we will not collect your personal data.

From what sources does Saunia obtain personal data?

We obtain personal data directly from you, by explicit communication or through so-called cookies.

For what purposes does Saunia process personal data?

  • loyalty program management

  • reservation

  • for your protection and improvement of services for you

  • to protect their rights and legally protected interests

How does Saunia protect personal data?

We protect personal data both in software (anti-virus programs, passwords, etc.) and other security mechanisms, especially by preventing unauthorized access to our servers. Your personal data is under the constant control of our employees or processors to prevent unauthorized use.

We regularly train our employees and ensure the correct processing procedures in accordance with European legislation. All persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractual obligations are bound by a legal or contractual obligation of confidentiality. We thus ensure the maximum possible protection of the processed data against unauthorized access or transfer, against their loss or destruction, as well as against other possible misuse.

To whom does Saunia provide personal data?

In addition to transfers between individual Saunia Group companies, your personal data may also be provided to an IT support provider, which is a specialized external entity dealing with the processing of personal data. Personal data is always transferred and processed on the basis of the relevant agreement on the processing of personal data.

Your personal data is not sent to third parties in the EU or outside the EU, with the exception of personal data of Saunia SK, sro customers, which may be transferred to other companies from the Saunia Group to the Czech Republic.

What are your rights against Saunia in relation to your personal data?

  • ask us, Saunia, sro, Company Identification Number: 27633594, with its registered office at Olivova 2096/4, 110 00 Prague 1, or any of our subsidiaries for information on the processing of personal data and explanations of irregularities

  • require remedial action, in particular the blocking, rectification, supplementing or destruction of the personal data concerned

  • request the correction of inaccurate data

  • exercise the right to “be forgotten”, ie to delete everything we know about you from our database

  • require restrictions on the processing of personal data

  • request the transfer of data to another controller
