Relaxation Zone

Time to rest

It’s a good idea to relax for a while and let the body regenerate between stays in saunas. If you like going to the sauna in groups, you can take the time to sit and chill together in the comfortable armchairs at tables near our bar. And ergonomic loungers are available to those of you who enjoy lying down and relaxing in peace.

Don't underestimate the importance of rest

Rest and relaxation are important parts of the sauna session. It is good to let the body calm down after sweating heavily in the saunas and the subsequent shock of the cool-down. Enjoy the unique feeling that the sauna brings – you know it: something between sweet fatigue, relaxation and refreshment – before you start your next session.

Did you know that…

…while resting, blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and kidney activity are all stabilised in the body, and hormones are released. During this phase, we also give our body the time to feel the sauna effects on the mental level.
